Our rate covers specialized diagnostic tools, ASE-level knowledge, and warranty on labor. Most shops in the Pittsburgh area charge $90–$130/hr. You're getting military-trained precision at an honest rate.
Can I approve parts before you order?
Always. After diagnosis, you see the full breakdown — labor hours, parts list, costs. Nothing happens until you say go.
What if I only want the diagnostic?
That's perfectly fine. Pay for the diagnostic, get a full report, and decide later. Zero obligation to repair with us.
Do you offer warranties?
Yes — 30 days on labor, 30–60 days on parts depending on the component. Everything documented.
OEM or aftermarket parts?
Both available. We recommend OEM for warranty and fit, but aftermarket saves money. Your call.
How long will repairs take?
Simple repairs: same day or next day. Complex jobs: 2–5 days depending on parts availability. We give you a timeline upfront.
